Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to corbez.com and the public parts of the Corbez platform operated by Corbez, Inc. ("Corbez," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. Paid use of the Corbez platform is also governed by our Subscription Terms.

1. Information that you provide to us

When you create an account, request a demo, send a support message, or upload a supplier invoice, you provide information that Corbez uses to run the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for keeping your account credentials confidential.

2. Intellectual property

The Corbez name, logo, and all site content (except operational data you upload) are our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission. You retain all rights in the invoices and other operational data you upload. You grant Corbez a non-exclusive license to process that data to operate and improve the service, as described in the Subscription Terms.

3. Products, content, and specifications

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Specifications shown on marketing pages are indicative. Specific contractual commitments live in the Subscription Terms and any order form you sign with us.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans are governed by the Subscription Terms. If you start a free trial, you can cancel from your dashboard before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the paid subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial.

5. Your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite. Notify us at security@corbez.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Operational data usage

We analyze the operational data you upload (invoices, line items, menu composition, campaign actions) to run the service and to train and refine the AI models that power invoice extraction and campaign recommendations. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for benchmark features that no reasonable observer could link back to your restaurant. You can opt out of benchmark aggregation by emailing privacy@corbez.com.

7. No warranties

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corbez disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that recommendations will produce revenue or that the service will be uninterrupted.

8. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Mandatory arbitration and class-action waiver provisions in the Subscription Terms apply to paid customers.

9. Modification

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
